Bluebird products

Does anyone have any experience with the bluebird products, specifically the rock n roll bed?

 

Yep. I've got one - it's fine. Don't buy the hooky release lever thing: it doesn't work

I'm intrigued...what is the hooky release lever thing?

So would you recommend their bed or not?

 

We have a 3/4 Bluebird rock n roll. Took it out and fitted a full width Rusty Lee.

 

Yes - works well enough. The lever thing is intended to help raise the bed from the fully flat position. Good idea, but there's just not the room at the sides (at least on a full width) to allow it work properly.

My dad had a book of recipes signed by her - am still unsure how he managed that, he was probably taken unaware as there is no way he would have queued up.

I've got a Bluebird bed, nothing bad to say about it.

Rusty Lee's old Lotus is owned by a bloke up the road.
I'm buggered if I know how the woman got into it though.

And I've got a bluebird fridge and a bluebird captains chair base
Both are good and service was good too.

 

Get a Rusty Lee bed, they are cheaper well made and awesome.

 

Don't they have the Large Hardon Collider?

 

AdyF, if you want a 3/4 Bluebird RnR I have one going spare.
(Since I extracted Rusty Lee from her Lotus and squeezed her into my van).
