I don't want to argue.....but can we substitute lunch with dinner? Not all the time, just when trying to impress people.
For me it's Breakfast ... ciggie & coffee Morning tea .... ciggie & coffee Lunch .... ciggie, coffee & whatever the catering students are cooking Afternoon tea ... ciggie & coffee Dinner .... whatever I decided to cook followed by ciggie & coffee Supper ..... ciggie & coffee
Thanks, I'm happy with that. Your initial statement is indeed FACT and you should get no more replies on this thread.
Breakfast dinner and tea for me too, but when at work I have lunch as it is a packed lunch. But tea/evening meal is never called dinner as far as I am concerned
The day starts with Breakfast Brunch Lunch Afternoon tea Dinner Supper With snack at regular intervals to break up the the day.
Nooooo - Mom's American. It's spelt Mum here.... And I think by bap, cob or sub, you mean a roll (though the weird Sheffield folk call them breadcakes ... ).
The topic isn't for discussion, i may allow slight wording change with good reason as per @Silver 's post but don't assume you can alter my view.
