I need to replace mine, they are cracked and shrivelled. I want the best quality and the easiest to fit. I've just looked at some prices for front, back and four factory fitted sides:- C&C German Quality...........................................£132.99 VW Heritage German Quality.......................................... £ 94.50 Coolair Not sure of quality....................................... £100.00 Just Kampers Not sure of quality....................................... £108.10 OUT OF STOCK Megabug not sure of quality........................................ £119.95 I'm tempted to go with VW Heritage because they are German quality and cost the least. Does anyone have experience of these from VW Heritage?
My thoughts are - 'I like them'. Serious though - C&C German Quality were far better than the cheapo ones I bought in the first fleeting glance of innocence! Can't comment on the others to be honest.
I bought C & C. Fit was good. Cant tell you on durability as not been fitted long. Soak them in very hot water to soften them prior to fitting
my advice would be to not buy any until you have felt the quality, go to the shows and feel for yourself there is a vast difference. i went to one stand a well known one and they felt really cheap and nasty, i went to another and they are the best quality. being cheaper isn't always the best way if your going to be replacing them all the time.
