No Oil ??? On the phone for almost exactly 30 minutes and get through to someone He says let me speak with dispatch. Oh their all busy on calls with 5 waiting, can you call back ? No I f ing can't ive been waiting half an hour now I paid with Pay Pal so claim done. Bloody idiots
Soz to here that bruv,i had a great order/delivery today, put order in with V.W.Heritage yesterday ,arrived today (Glasgow) 3 txt alerts to myself from vwheritage re delivery time and guy was right on the button ,time wise >so,result.(oh yeah, and it was all there)
I love Heritage service. I am going to order some bits soon. Can't believe I hung on 30 minutes and then, "can I call back" It takes 25 minutes to get through the you call is important to us bla bla. OOOOhhhh
With you there 3901mick, Heritage were not the Ist suppier I called ,the one I called Ist was engaged for 30 mins, and yeah,all I got was a message re "all our staff are busy your call is important to us" <<<that right?then employ someone to answer the phone ! its not rocket science !Heritage for me now,every time.By the way, re your Ist post, did you order engine oil? thinking that would bang the delivery charge up? unless free delivery?
It was free delivery, Its on the invoice that I paid. I just want what I ordered, without hanging on the phone for 30 mins chasing an order, to be asked to call back later as they are busy. You've got to be having a chuffing laugh.
