I decided my crossover camper was not really big enough for my family, OK for SWMBO and me but not for the brood. So whilst in the US earlier this year on business i popped down to Houston and bought something else. I shipped it Walvis Bay in Namibia, and then went last week to collect and drive to Gaborone in Botswana for registration. ( The South African govt will not allow lhd to be registered here ) Here we are having a nice cup of tea by the side of the Trans Kalahari Highway. IN fact I will be using it for accomodation for our volunteers on an HIV testing drive in the rural areas
Just to add it is a 2000 Fleetwood Flair with a V 10 8.1 litre GMC engine, a single slide , and does 29 litre per 100 km, whatever that is in mpg!
