FOR SALE Complete devon poptop

Just thought I'd point out that I have used the site before and have introduced myself before,but seems my original posts have gone. For anyone who doesn't know me/ remember me then hello from me. I'm from a big Vw loving family and have owned several. Currently own a 69 westy, inlaws have an 08 danbury and I'm just in the process of splitting a 78 devon hence why I'm here right now. I think alot of you will know me as a pipe and tweed wearer over on EB.
Anyway, I have a complete poptop from a 78 devon for sale. It is in excellent condition and is complete with every nut and bolt to replace/ convert your very own bus. I will gladly cut the hole out of the roof too so you have everything to convert a tintop if desired.
I think this is one of the best looking roofs and comes with the 2 hammocks. I don't think they have ever been slept in, they are that tidy. I do have the complete interior too if you're after the lot(pictures and post to follow).

Hey buddy! Do you have a rear top box that goes between the roof and the rear hatch? What else decon do you have?

Cheers, It really is a good roof with everything you need to convert easily. there's nothing worse than having to find all the little screws and bolts that are never usually supplied in a second hand sale.

The Interior is also complete and in good usable condition, but would prefer to sell as a job lot.
The van is rotten in every panel, but most switches catches etc. are usable. Has a complete 2l engine and gearbox, but will probably put that on Ebay (unless someone offers me something I can't refuse) as I'm not sure of it's value, although I do know 6 rib boxes fetch a good price.

Is it an auto or manual? The only things im after ideally is the rear top box, if you have the add on buddy seat that attaches to the other buddy seat, and the under slung water tank maybe? Let me know what youre willing to let go? thanks

What condition is the engine?

 

The engine was running well when parked up 10 years ago, hasn't moved since. Just had a tug to see if there is end float and there is none. Looks pretty dirty.

Condition of the fibreglass is good, was abit dusty so hard to tell from photo.

 

After a lot of thought I've decided to get on and rebuild my 1600 as ive got two of them to play with.
