sell it and buy a split :)

Im not bored with mine but find I drive it less and less, took it out the other day just for run into town and back, gave it aa bit of a thrashing as well, saw 65 on the speedo and no adverse oil light flickering when I parked it up.. .. really enjoyed driving it as it actually drives better than my daily ( jeep Cherokee) Miles this year so far , 160.. :( Hope to get away in the next few weeks and put some decent miles on it .. but the thought is there again to sell it next year and use the cash for new heaters and refurb the bathrooms .. If there any change then use it on the hot rod projects .. Its just stuff ..

  2. A few days ago I'd decided to keep it for a while but today's thoughts turn to Porsche Cayman !
I'm hoping the guy buys something else so it takes the decision out of my hands .:(

I am always looking at my little book of fuel fillups, repairs and servicing records and worrying that since this time last year, it looks suspiciously close to 10000 miles driven. And I have just scrubbed the inside edge tread off a pair of rear tyres in 10500 miles and a bit over a year.

Its too much fun to drive, saves me gym membership on building upper body strength hauling it round curves too fast...

I think I will have to find an insurer who doesnt limit mileage ..

Theres no fun in buying a car that doesnt get going until 150 or 200mph. I can be right on the limit at 70....
And its still at 100C oil with 20 psi at idle.
Now I neeed to find the secret of JK Preservation Parts engines. .probably EMPI heads...

  6. Southern beer tends to be on the flat side of fizzy, no head, if you get my drift.
