Fire wall sealed stuck

Hi,

Is it normal to have the fire wall sealed down ? mine seems to be stuck with some beige compound.

The beige mastic type seal is normal, but in addition to the 6 visible screws, theres also 2 screws either side that go upwards from the ledge it sits on, if that makes sense, usually missed as they're not obvious!

 

This there will be two corroded screws hiding from the underside

Thanks all, There were 2 nuts hiding away under there. 5 minutes later its removed

 

They did put foam strip around the panel to stop it rattling.
