More pics as promised. There are 2 bits of metal taped on either end, don't know what they are for but I guess they are there for a reason. The ends seem a little bashed but would clean up nicely. Small amount of surface rust but very solid.
Someone has cut the bumper mount plates with a gas torch See how it's smooth down one side and rough down the other... should be smooth both sides... Also the mount looks like it has been shortened... Pretty sure there should be 3 holes and not 2... if it is under bolted to the chassis, you can actually pull the captive nuts out of the chassis!!
Thanks Paul I have amended the price but have been told it was just the outer edge of the side bits that were cut and the mounting is original. I have no idea and can't find another one to compare it too :?

no problem Mine's a factory vw/westfalia one, and that's different again!! It has cheek plates on the mounts, so they go up the outside of the chassis rails and you have 2 extra bolts on each side that go through the chassis rails!! I'll have a hunt see if I have a photo...
