Right I got cracking with my guttering today all going well sanded it back few coats of primer sanded it back again all looking good got the gloss white spray paint out and it was absolute s***e ruined my work it was like water rubbed it and low and behold it went straight back to primer not a happy chappy!! Back to square 1 with decent paint!!
Shook the can for long enough ? Or did it say Aldi/B&Q/Woolworths/EMPI on the tin, or have the word 'value' in the description. PS if you want a really Marmitee job use hammerite on top of ordinary car paint (flakes off, stays soft forever) , or better still overpaint paint rather than bare metal with POR15 for an authentic alligator-skin look.
you should shake the can then put in hot water to get the pressure up a bit, no use spraying in this weather really it's a bit cold.
I noticed that today as well the hair dryer was used to try and dry it a bit quicker oh well back to the drawing board it's going in to the welders next weekend so fingers crossed it will come out looking better!!
