Hard plastic spare wheel cover

Where can I purchase the hard plastic front spare wheel cover that is colour coded and chrome finished?

Can find the soft vinyl type but not the plastic type.

Im going for the sr advance semi rigid covers
They can be made to your specification and have logos or pictures etc put on them and they make great impromtu sledges when it snows
