WANTED heat exchanger to y section pipe

Any one got a heat exchanger to y section pipe - the black plastic concertina tube thing with the insulation inside

didnt want to buy a new one after seeing reviews of them melting

preferably one with intact insulation inside (but I can make my own if the outside is good) ...and preferably with the metal collers at each end
