Nice one Ken I am bout to do mine. If Ken doesn't mind I would like to see some too, I am a bit confused as to where the totem cable goes, I have three control 2 reds 1 blue, I know the blue is cold air and has it's own operation, and I know the left and right hx cables go on corresponding red controls, but where does the totem cable attach?

Unless you have an early which has 2x seperate blues, each HX on own cable, a lever on the totem and a knob under the seat for the walkthrough. I've never seen a working walkthrough/totem lever (not that I check them all).
I have an xover set up on mine. I have disconnected the walkthrough as the diverter tube was rotted through and now awaits a replacement so that bit is out of the equation for now!
took it back to lockup now but just rang zedd and he told me what to do but always the way when the vans put away.and come in doors i find out .
When all said and done, you can do what you like with them, I've put both my hx's on one lever, disconnected the cold completely and removed the blue levers. The other red lever operates a flap on my oil cooler.
They were on mine, and still switch the hot on and off + my totem one being a simple lever still works. I can open the window if it gets hot. And control my oil cooler in a way I think suits the quirky van.
