Help running cables please?

I need to get som power up behind the roof lining from my leisure battery, is there a cable run & if so where is it please

 

unless you have a cupboard the only real way without it showing is up through the front A pillar

 

Thanks for the info Matty, managed to feed my cables down the A pillar as you suggested!
