How do I stop Script running

I'm finding TLB though not other programs runs really slowly on my computer, so I'm typing this on my phone. Every time I try to view TLB I get a message "a script on this page is causing Internet explorer to run slowly etc". I've seen the advanced section of tools Internet options and ticked the script debugging boxes. Any other ideas?

 

IE can be a pain sometimes try Mozilla or chrome

Yup, Ditch IE. I can't remember the last time I used it chrome is far better.
