Is this a 'CE' gearbox for a 1973 1600

I am looking at this on eBay, seller has not replied in a few days.

Wondering if this will fit directly on to my 1600tp engine? My bus was registered on the 17-04-1973

I don't know if it's a CE but it is for a T1 engine and will fit straight into your bus.
I like to see parts that have been chopped out like that - at least you know it wasn't removed due to being faulty.

Do you need a new box ?

I dunno yet dude, if it was cheap enough I was gonna get it as a back up. But now I know you have a few i'll leave it
