Yep I’ve been looking on marketplace for a new car and well over half are fake the adds normally read about the same and the prices have a number missing on the front.
If you click on the profile it’s normally someone who has loads of cars for sale that doesn’t normally

  2. I honestly think that there are more fake ads than real now on Facebook

And the genuine ones usually have a zillion miles on the clock but drive like new, so they say!

You know that writing fake ads is a job now for some places for attention, too.

I had a message from Facebook today to say that they've reviewed my report if this advert and decided not to delete it.
I've challenged this, but there's no option to actually tell them why I'm reporting it.
    What a sham.

Looking at the other stuff the seller has for sale or has sold , i would stay well away , there seems to be a theme on the prices . And in any case if it was a genuine sale i would say it would have sold in the first five minutes even if the buyer had to fly over from america , someone like Mike Brewer ( i know but he is still growing on me )

Surely the real question is how can something registered as orange, last MOT’s 17 years ago be worth nearly £20k
