They are doing some building near me, the sign says "logistics hub" its a bloody warehouse for god sake. That is all.

 

are you sure it's not a bespoke Strategic Transregional Inter-vehicular Dispensation Facility?

The one that annoys me is subway!
It's not a sub it's a roll! And there is an advert there that says "sub technician required" WTF?

 

At least if you've got a lot of truck drivers around, the area won't have a problem with prostitutes...
