Had an op on my elbow yesterday, it's a bit sore and swollen but seems ok, apart from being PINK! Apparently this stuff is now used instead of iodine, unfortunately it doesn't seem to come off! I've also got some lovely black arrows in permanent ink and some writing so my arm looks like a bright pink mobile graffiti studio. Any medical types know how to get this stuff off gently?
Shhhhhhh...it old tip for shifting stains on skin ......i used to be a varnish maker ,we used baby oil for to get pigments outa skin....he used to get everywhere ,if we weighing up kilos of the stuff....spit rainbow ...sweat rainbows...loool....p.s.im beyond a pervert ....im masterclass
I'd wait for nature to take its course. Or tell people you're a mobile art installation. Failing that, Nitromors'll do the trick. Or drain cleaner
correct me Snotty but Nitromors ? aint that the nutty boys mega paint stripper stuff that gloves are well advised to be worn when working with ? ok, choice of pink skin/no skin , tough one to call I"ll grant you that, wots the name of that brand engine grease remover anyone ,bet that would shift it .

Old school Nitromors used to eat its way out of the tin and burn like a Illegitimate child if you got it on your skin. The modern stuff is no where near as strong.... Acetone not shift the pen at least?
Used to be methylene chloride I believe - mmm, it just smells so goooood. Modern "green" Nitromors is probably made of low-carbon tofu.
Leave it for a week, you don't want to rubbing your sore bits. I can see baby oil working cos olive oil/ mayonnaise removes glue from kitchen appliances when you peel them damn stickers off when new.

I expect if we all club together we could produce a book full useless but useful tips which make life easy. I use cheap white toothpaste and a squirt of hand soap to clean the bath and it works wonders. None off that smelly strong Mr Muscle here. Maybe we could sticky a tips and tricks guide which have been tried and tested by used.
Pink stuff is antiseptic - Chlorhexidine Arrows so the wrong limb doesnt get chopped off Leave it ... It'll come off eventually (usually) At least you weren't in for a circumcision
