  1. Blimey you actually did it...

As it's highly unlikely we'll be getting away in the van any point soon I may need to pop round to take a look, it's come a long way since you were burning out the clutch at full rev's trying to reverse up that small incline in Newquay all those years ago! ;)

Goes like stink mate; come round and take it for a blast.

  3. Pity his clutch control hasn't come a long way too.

    Steve, its brilliant!
Someone, I think it was @baybirmingham described the noise it makes perfectly: he said when you floor it it sounds like Thor gargling spanners!

The desire for one of these is brewing - one of those niggling thoughts you know you'll have to do something about one day.

  10. im so thinking of this in my bus...:)

the scoobys are sooo cheap ...and how hard can it be..[actually im aware its quite tricky]

  11. :)

  12. It's inevitable. I overtook a load of cars today thinking i was in the car when I was actually thrashing the nuts off an aircooled and waiting for it to detonate at 70mph.

First thing I thought about was scooby

  13. Ditto

Ill have to wait for a long time though
Thats ok because it means everyone else can get the problems ironed out and by the time i can afford it it will be available as a bolt in kit with instructions

Me and my girls were out and about today and we drove up sutton bank in thirsk
Mrs para commented christ you would need more than twin carbs to get up here in the bus
First thought that popped into my head was dougs scooby conversion lol
Ive no need to go super fast anywhere but torque for climbing hills and crossing rough terrain is somthing i would like

  14. that looks f***ing brilliant doug!!
and the bays so neat and clean, a nice job in there.. im SO tempted to do this to mine right now its unreal.

and a video of a bay overtaking things?? made the hairs on the back of my neck stand up! haha
cant wait til you can next get over to pick up your battery charger so i can finally see it in person...
