FOR SALE Myfanwy 1979 converted panel van

  1. Unfortunately I have made the decision to sell my late bay.
The restoration thread can be found under “My Poorly 1979 Bay”. She was in the Forum “My Resto” but looks like that forum has now been superseded.
She is in pristine condition. Fully restored by myself between 2011 and 2014.
All in full working order. Have a certificate of value from my insurers of 25k but that valuation was done about 4 years ago. Van is in the same condition as it was then.
Open to sensible offers but also interested to see what people think she may be worth, especially those that know me and the van.

  3. Thanks Doug, has been a very hard decision and has taken me over a year to come to this decision but now is the right time. Hope you and yours are well.

All good mate thanks, hope you guys are too.
I’d hold off a month or so if you can, prices are generally lower mid-winter.

    What’s the price?

  5. Yeah good advice. I am fine to wait until Spring. To be honest I don’t really know. Obviously as much as I can get but not really sure what is a good and fair price these days for a RHD in top condition. It will come with air beam awning and all the camping kit including the gas COBB BBQ.
valuation by the insurance 4 years ago was 25k
