  1. Simon from Absolute is taking Billy to Dub Freeze this weekend. This will be the first time I have seen my bus before I collect him next week. I cannot wait, the gloss black bumpers should be on for the show.

  11. Thanks everyone, it is great to have billy home, we have all missed him. The colour code Ken is L26q. The lads on emergency forums found it for me, so thank you John. The sum things I could not change, and the colour is one of them.

  12. Thanks Busman for the colour code, it looks amazing.

  13. Looking more than good

  14. Rebuild going a little slow due to missing bits and parts that need to be ordered.

  17. Ok so now I have received a load of bits back from the strip down. The sliding door mechs and locks strike plates etc, and they are all caked in 37 years of gunk and crap. So I decided to make a very large table in the garage so I can strip everything down, and can see all the parts that require cleaning, greasing, repairing, polishing or painting. My engine is now on a proper stand and I can swizz it around to start the partial strip down. So more of a re-org at the moment rather than bolting things on to the bus. Hopefully at Sandown I can find some needed parts. I will post some photos when all the exterior panels are fitted and the glass is in . Then its new wiring loom time.

  18. I think this needs an update @Busman looks bloooooomin shiney please park away from me at t/e in sept lol !! Wiring loom go in ok bud !!

  19. Hi Simon, wiring loom is now placed in the bus, just heed to connect everything up. I need to see a stock emergency bus left hooker to route the loom properly. Everything I tried just didn't seam right. So got to see one on Tuesday morning, took a couple of photos, and bobs ur uncle, all routed lovely. Outside is just like my avatar.
