Don't get too excited, these are a bit... skanky shall we say. I repaired them 6 years ago but I drive around on the salty roads, the bus lives in a stony car park and well... TBH I'd repair them again if I had the gear and parts to do it. Originally I replaced the skins and the flange plates that connect to the exhaust. One of them I also transferred over the last inch of the pipes. This is where they always always hole if they do. Should have done the other one too because... it's now got a hole in it. That's what prompted me into action... that and the state of the skin on the other one... Here's the rest of the pictures. Really, though one has better skin than the other, that's the one with a hole in the exhaust part. The one that isn't blowing is the worse looking one. They both need reskinning. The blowing one "could" be fixed by welding up the hole from the inside and in fact I already did this once about 3 years ago... but the skin isn't great, just better than the other one. So they are free but I think not worth posting. But... they do have the fins so you might disagree. I do have a box, I could post them for the cost of the post if you really want or you can pick them up from L40 1BJ Rufford, Lancs. They are pretty ropey but who am I to judge.

Hi Steve. We’re I closer then I’d take you up on them. You know I’ve got form for rebuilding these. Be nice to have spares. Think I’ve just got 1 right one in the shed but no left. I’m guessing you want shut quickly but if not then I might find a reason to come up your way but won’t be for a while.
Depends, first come first served as you guessed right, I want 'em gone really but didn't want to chuck something that's just not available any more. I did see a left one on ebay about a month ago, it sold for £46! At the time I wanted the right hand one as the left is sort of ok and hadn't started blowing.
