  4. Why dig up the garden? Are you building a Bat Cave?

  5. Need to. With the camper in the garage, the Mrs beetle and a motability vehicle for my daughter on the drive, I've run out of tarmac to park it on. Oh, and cash to buy it.
On the plus side coming from Newark, I do know a few travellers who could do me a deal on the tarmacking.

  7. Thanks for that Chris! When I asked the question, the answer I was given was: "I could fill it with logs"! - I didn't bother to ask where he intended to store the logs after he'd bought them home
Sorry, but it's toys for boys ....

  8. The logs could be stored in an outdoor log store made from the back half of a beetle ;)

I'm happy to store the logs at my place, you only have to ship them to me.;)

  12. Mobile pharmacy services direct to the customers door, that makes it a company expenditure and surely there's a tax fiddle erm incentive there somewhere?

  13. Hmmmm, having read all the available info, why would you paint OVER a door that needed work?
Surely the cost of painting is greater than fixing the door properly 1st? (thinking what @paradox said about Nato paint covering up stuff)

  14. That nato paint is dirt cheap in bulk and only needs a touch of white spirit to thin it
The fact it says in the discription that it has a texture to it implys its been painted on thick

Im not saying that particular vehicle is bodged up just that nato paint is good for a quick spruce up and is good at hiding faults and blemishes

  15. The blue one has its faults but at least its honest and you can see what it needs
