morning all, just wondering do,s anyone know if there is a servo repair kit available for a 78 bay panel van and if so where i might get one cheers
That is an impossibility dude... once a servo is assembled, it's not coming to pieces again... Have you checked all your vacuum lines and one way valves?? Not to mention the MC
yep all lines are new and valves and correct, are the servos pretty indestructable or do they just pack up
everything in the braking system has been replaced completely, the brakes just dont seem very responsive, and my brother in law who is a mechanic although not a vw specialist says its the servo , i do appreciate its an old vehicle and brakes were,nt then what they are now,just cant seem to get a decent pedal
just spoke to my brother in law he says its an air leak on the servo,and it makes the engine run like a dog, disconect it and runs fine
