  1. We need to be able to stand up in the bus, nice as it is the sunroof just isn’t practical often enough in this country and definitely not at night!
So I’ve acquired a Sheldon top and made a start renovating it.

Power washed the outside then flipped it to scrape all the mouldy headliner and insulation out.

Soaked it with bleach mould remover then gave it a rinse

Needs a bit more scraping of glue!

Flipped it back and gave it a once over with 500s on the DA , will fibreglass the vent holes up tomorrow and paint it.

  2. Wow it looks amazing

  3. going to have lots of head room when that's on - although side winds may be interesting when driving.

you could work out some way of making it removable - that way you'd have the option of going boating too

  4. Didn’t have much time today just managed to move it inside and glass the vent holes up!

Not 100% sure yet, we’ll see when it’s on plus it needs side windows!

Are you tempted to add some stripes to match the van?

    Stuck it on

Ordered some narrow sliding vent windows for the sides, it’s really warm in there today but it’ll help the glue go off !
