  1. Oh, yeah lol. Floorpans seem good judging by the amount of water they have sat in them :)

  6. It looks quite solid. Seats look quite tidy, it turns over well and oil light goes out. No fuel in it I think. I parked at the post office to post something and a bloke told me all about it, on the road till couple of years ago .

  7. Has it got the mighty 3-speed column change?

  8. It has a column change, not knowing what I was doing as I am far too young, I did manage to ensure it was in Neutral so it didn't go through the cab whilst attempting to turn it over.

Some fab beers at the local to my dads. Unfortunately he had a fall today and was taken to hospital. Hopefully he will be allowed out tomorrow. Fortunately after a rapid drive down from Sheffield and a long stressful day at the Horton hospital I could nip down the local for a few games of darts (I beat sarah 2-1), a few goes on the quiz machine (first time we’ve cleared the grid on Word Soup) and a few glasses of the ales on tap :)

Thanks chaps @Flakey and @jivedubbin . Dad was mainly ok from the fall but they detected an irregular heartbeat so are keeping him in for precaution. He can't recall why he fell so they think he had a collapse.

@art b the OT is seeing him today. The staff on A&E and Emergency Assessment were concerned that he had no help at home, so I think immediate task is to source him carers for at least once per day.

Unfortunately my brother and sisters live in Kent, Devon and North Yorks. I'm closest in Sheffield!

  16. Sorry to hear your Dad was off legs. My mum and dad are both 88 and need to take it a bit steadier. They think they are still 40 and the result is often falling over, slipping or falling off ladder incident!!!!!!
