My visors are broken where it clips in (the long bit where it comes out the visor), I saw something today that looked like it was just a section that fitted into the visor and into the holding clip. This seems a much cheaper fix than just buying new visors but does anyone know what they are or where I can get them from. Thanks
we are making ours, not sure how yet but will be, visors are soooo expensive lucky a very nice chap gave me some on here, will let you know if I manage to do it !
I've replaced the clip on one, but one of the "long bits" isn't quite long enough and falls out each time I hit a bump. I'm going for the inelegant solution of putting a self-tapping screw into the end to lengthen it.
Mine are held up with a clothes peg. One is ok, the other broken. The one thats fine supports the broken one via the peg. Ingenious improvisation by the PO that I quite like. Hence it remains as it all adds to Percy's character.
