    Apparently if I do bid on this & win one of the other vans has to go, guess that means I'll have to get rid of the T3/T25 :(

    Been sitting at 3945 pounds for a while now, get ready for the last minute flurry on Sunday night (our time) :D
     
  19. I started working for BT (then the GPO & later Post Office Telephones) in 1977 and our equivalent was the Commer van - exciting huh?

    I like the old Commer vans, very few survived out here.
    This particular van is a real oddity as Telecom had already moved onto Toyota Hi Ace vans by the time this one arrived. I can't remember any of these being around & I had mates who were Telecom engineers & the couple I've asked can't remember these ones. Telecom did use Syncros in the 80's but apparently the engineers didn't like them for some reason :rolleyes:
