In 2001, the very first iPod was unveiled, and later went on sale on November 10th of the same year. iPod Day commemorates this launch, and recognises just how big a contribution the iPod has made to the accessibility and portability of music. Personal cassette players, portable CD players all gone now.... You don't see so many ghetto blasters either
I was given an IPoo by Ms.T a few years ago. Despite my hatred of all things Apple I have to admit it was great. However ........... it died. Now I can't find the hard drive which the Apple thingy was on & I really don't fancy loading 160Gb onto the drives I can find.
Mrs JT bought me one of the mini iPods a few years back.....and bought me a proper full fat one last year. I love it....still got loads of room for more music on it! I'd like to get a turntable one day so I can buy vinyl again , but for music on the move? The iPod wins hands down....
They have tought of it, it's called the iMove the future off transport Where can I hade it from the missus.
A good trick for these old iPods is to take the casing apart. Disconnect the hard drive for a couple of seconds then reconnect it all back up and try charging it. It's has worked for mine a number of time. Just a thought
