What I recently used .. Main balljoint...£71.50. Track rod ends.. Looks identical to splitters for half the price . These also work on track rod ends but the cheese metal is almost losing the battle( the end of the bolt starts to mushroom)
If your replacing the boots or complete joints then just use a pickle fork splitter They have never failed me but they do chew the boots up.

Well, the Welzh did the job, but not the easiest to use on the drag link bar where it joins the track rods.
Least useful thing I am bringing to Techenders. An Ercol dining chair. ( its a family courier run thing )
