FOR SALE Type 1 big tinwear, pdsits and an exhaust

First off i have a fiberglass set of tinwear for a type 1 engine in a late engine bay. Over gearbox and front tin.
Very very good quality and looks better than rotten old metal.

Its brand new and never got fitted due to direction change.

Next is a set of 32-34 pdsits stock bus carbs. These were removed from a perfect running engine and come complete ready to bolt in.
Everything is included to run out of the box.

Next are a set of 36-40 pdsits off a 412 designed for the type 4 engine 1800 cc with 30 vents.
Taken off a running engine, don't know much about there history.
They look like they have had recent gaskets though.

Hi there. I'm interested in the 412 style PDSIT carbs, but would need to confirm on Thursday, are you OK for me to have first dibs pending confirmation? I may also be interested in the other PDSIT set-up but if someone else comes along in the meantime, please let them go.

 

Not a problem. Im in no hurry, i also have another set of 36-40s but they need full rebuild. But have chokes and cut offs.
They do have stubby manifold inc plus linkage.

I know matt said he'd be interested in the set of 32-34 pdsits but I'm on the look out for a decent set too for a 2ltr motor and if these were jetted for a 2ltr I'll take them off you please? (as long as matt was OK with it!)

I think Mr B had been partaking of some ale before he typed that one! Matt - as I said in my previous post, if someone wants the 32-34PDSIT's off you (like Mr B for instance), please let them go! I will get back to you late on Thursday to confirm about the 36-40's (I would also be interested in the second set of 36-40's as well .... you can never have enough spare parts, but try telling my missus that ).
