WANTED WANTED the piece of metal strip that holds on the rearside covers

Hi all,looking for two metal strips that weld to the rearsides that hold on the rear runner covers.Funny looking things, long folded over pieces of metal spot welded.

All the usual suspects sell them. Not something readily salvageable from a scrapper.

 

As zed says... these are the first pieces to go!!

make them its only a v shaped piece of metal owen nw
u dont even have to go full lenght a couple of small pieces will do it

 

Mmmm might have a go at making them myself,anyone got a photo or template i can go on cheers.
