    hello friendly Latebayers!
    Need your help once again!

I had planned to build a custom interior that echoed the Berlin design but I just don't seem to have time and I'd rather be camping now than being stuck in the workshop! So I thought maybe if I can find some parts to spruce up my tired Berlin units we can start our adventures..

Then a custom interior might come later.

So I need a tidy cooker/sink unit complete with the spare wheel cover

    Fridge/cooler unit

    Wardrobe unit

    The curtain rail covers

Rock and roll side cushion padded bit!

    Thanks in advance

  2. Is this any good to you bud?

We'll probably get something at the shows.

Nightmare ain't it! I can't help but think many were ripped out and scrapped to be replaced with dodgy MDF home brewed affairs!! There has to be something out there...
I did find a company offering refurbished units once when surfin the web but can't remember who it was. They were based in Belgium or Germany? And were very pricey !

  12. They're not cheap, but quality looks good. You could maybe just get the r&r bed first just so you have something you can camp with, then add the other bits later?

https://www.serial-kombi.com/en-GB also do some westy units/ bed too i think.

  13. Yes the r&r. The cooker unit is £1k I'll sell one of my kidneys while I'm out there too.

Yeah they look the dogs! I think I'm gonna try re-laminating what I have or build a new set using what I have as a template. Maybe I could make 2 sets....

  15. A set of dimensions would go down a treat if anyone has spare time.

  16. Mine I just reused the existing 3/4 bed hinges and design, just extended so it went full width. I got a local joinery place to cut some nice walnut laminate to the size I needed and marine ply for the parts that are covered by fabric. Bolting it back together was pretty straightforward.

I did think about a full size rock n roll as you could then build a removable kitchen pod to use in the awning and save the cooking smells in the bus. Plus 2 proper seat belts in the back too
