They do look like sidemarkers that have been sprayed over.

 

They are dash top ashtrays and no good to any one where they are

 

how did they get them in there
i recon its a roof cut of a old car used as a repair piece but they forgot about the light so said sod it and painted over it hopeing no one noticed

Put power to the units and sorry guys they didnt light up and to matty im not sure how they got them in as the screws are to far away from the grill to get a screwdriver in
