Never really goes back properly but it’s not that critical, don’t want the operations, loads of biking mates have had same injury, lumpy shoulder is a badge of honour

 

I'd almost prefer a fracture to that ...
Edit: FWIW I've got one or two of those back in line for patients ... One took ages, the other just one go ... neither was painful to be treated
