Does anybody use this at work or know of a cheap uk source that will sell a small amount? Theres a bit of wasted land in our village the developers wont touch Its begging for giving a helping hand to provide for nature A freind of mine would like to drop a few bags of moist compost full of wildflower seeds whilst walking the dog and i told him id ask here
Ahhh someone that understands seed bombs Since the mass arrival of cocconut fibre in the uk seed bombs have become so feasable that even miracle grow have jumped on the wagon Erm hun i just need a few sock full of seed but it needs to be no foreign species
i bought some years ago for a similar 'event' irrc i bought it by weight - can't remember where from though but it was all british species. will have a thunk about it. guerilla gardening is fab too
do you have a green gym round where you are they may be able to give you some ? I had some packets but no idea what I have done with them or would pop them in the post . But as Ermintrude said they will sell it at most seed suppliers

The collect and distribute wild seed including different types of meadow mixes and will recommend varieties to suit your area. The seed can be sent 'loose' or minimal packaging and their site gives mowing regimes over a few years.
