You could also upgrade to 70’s Ford handles They are about $40-$50 Aus 2nd hand on eBay. So ~ £5 ea Steel - much stronger and about 10mm longer. Last forever They fit all the XR, XT, XW etc series. That sounds like the smart move. I’d heard somewhere that the Ford Cortina ones were a nice fit so I’ll keep my eyes open for a pair of them, especially if they’re a tad longer. No idea Chris, but if you bring it next weekend, it’s starting to look like I’ll be at Techenders after all which is a small miracle. Stand down gents , stand down. I’ve been down to see my mate Nick at C.J. Motors in Bristol and his two lads and we breakfasted together or almost brunched. Long story short, Nick keeps them in stock buying them ten at a time from a retailer because they’re always breaking and having to be replaced.
