it was cheaper direct when i bought mine but that was a few yrs back. turned up pretty quick from what i remember. you need to factor in risk of uk customs charge unfortunately
Even with shipping and duty, likely to be cheaper than buying in the UK. Got mine direct from the States as well. Berg are used to shipping stuff abroad - no hassle.
I have emailed them, finger crossed... @pkrboo does yours stay away from the handbrake for hill starts ? as it think its a bit longer than the Berg
I quite like my CSP one - wasn't sure about the T handle before I bought it - but find it very easy to use. Mine has never had a stock one but I hated the Empi one as it hit the handbrake all the time.
If your gear lever hits the handbrake lever something is worn, it should pass by to the side? Anyhow, that's what the slots are for - move the whole thing back a bit, adjust your rear brakes - voila.

It's a problem. VW sticks were handed for LHD/RHD, seems most aftermarket are straight? One day I might make a mild quick shift for mine to compensate for the extension I have but I'm happy otherwise.

If your gear stick hits the handbrake handle, implies the handbrake isn't adjusted properly (5-6 clicks). Berg in 1st and handbrake on...
