Gruyère cheese is heavenly, but Mrs D does the shopping and she’s too tight to buy it often. Although I’m currently enjoying another season of Professional Masterchef, left to self cater my gourmet menu of choice is sausages, Smash and Heinz beans. Not that adverts ever work with me, but I can still see those Smash aliens rolling around their spaceship at the thought of us boiling our potatoes for twenty of our Earth minutes, having peeled them with our metal knives, and then smashing them all to pieces! Clearly a most primitive species.
