WANTED 73 windscreen washer valve

Does anyone know if it's posible to get hold of a replacement for the washer valve (mounted within the rh steering colum stalk switch unit)

Or is it a case of all the old ones are leaky even if you can get hold of one and there's no new equvalent available?

Mine (was already leaky) is now missing its plunger too after it pinged off into some corner of my garage while I was testing it :-(
