Basil the bay

this is Basil our 72 westy,found in a garden where he`d sat for about 6years
front end had rotted out,but he was a complete westy with loads of stuff
bike rack,new door cards,seat covers,seat stuffing,a spare sill and loads of odds n ends




we got an MOT and drive him to north Wales for our hols,the engine was a bit sick tho..

 

last winter we had the rear end sorted





replaced the hatch as it was so heavy with filler it fell on my head
bought another engine that I rebuilt




been to wales again this year and camperjam,devondubfest

and just a daily driver 8)

Hey Jonbott. Green is the way to go. You have a lovely bus there. Nicely restored and also loving that pop out back window, first time I seen that.
