What are your sources of fuel hose?

What type do you find best?

I can't help but feel that the stuff I have got from JK isn't the best quality.

  2. I think I got mine from Mega Bug at the recommendation of Mork.
    (i think)

  3. Goodyear, (halfords) but i'd like to plumb mine in in steel or copper or suchlike.

  4. A friend of mine with a splitty is replacing all of his with ones rated for boats - apparently they last the longest (he's going to keep me posted on this)

No idea what Birdy has put in Arthur - suspect they were from Cool Air or VWH...

JK know their stuff us crap. When they have sold all the overbraided stuff I'm sure they'll start selling decent stuff....

  8. yep i use the R9 stuff nice and chunky and rated for unleaded fuel ! volksbolts or Advanced Fluid Solutions on evil bay ;)

  9. I got some good green stuff from L&S Engineers (on Amazon). Make sure it says SAE J30 R6 as this is the standard for unleaded fuel.
The R9 version is good too, it's the spec for injection systems. I don't like the braided stuff as you don't see it has failed until it's too late (speaking from experience!) Volksbolts are great too, I have bought loads of screws from them.
