SORTED Cab door handle chrome 76 Bus

Does anyone have a chrome door handle (passenger, but i think they are the same) for sale?
Before i go buy one of the new ones..

Hi, yep an outside. Chrome handle needed.
I know you can switch barrels, but do you need the key to do that?

 

All sorted now, bought a couple of new ones online.
