By the time it's replaced I'd be getting there just to turn round and come back

I'm a non starter so if there wasn't room before (which I doubt) there definitely is now!

 

There's loads of room, as you get to Swinbrook from the A40 turn left at the crossroads opposite the cricket club and we are in the next field. You can't miss it, there's s load of them there old VW things in it

 

Oh and the cricket club bar is cheap but cash only

Next will be the swimming contest where our webbed feet will be an advantage

It's a pub game played around these parts where players throw wooden batons at a figurine of a woman's head mounted on a stake. Used to be played with live chickens apparently

 

Well you learn something new every day! Just been watching clips of it on YouTube, there’s a nice one with Ade Edmundsen (Ade Around Britain?) where the locals are showing him how to play it in a pub garden. As you say, more of an Oxfordshire and surrounding thing
