Hi all. As the title suggests, I'm looking at buying a compressor for spraying. It needs to be a 2.5hp or larger and if necessary, I can do 16amp supply. I'm based just outside the M25, SW of London.
    Cheers.

I used a Wolfair for years, a 50 ltr tank and twin cylinder will probably be adequate for what you’re doing and quite portable!

    Try SGS Engineering.

Just spent 3 days flatting back some panels on my boat ( fibre glass) by hand :( . Seems that cfm is important , what at 50 litre should I need cfm to be to drive a dual action sander/ random orbital sander…….and which sander would be best , simply to flat back before polish ? Thanks

Quite a lot to run tool’s especially DA sander hence I prefer an electric one, easier on the arms than dragging an air line with it and easier to set to different speeds.
I just use the compressor for painting, pumping tyres and windy gun!
