Our friend had one done last August and as long as you follow the docs advice to the letter the recovery process is surprisingly quick considering the magnitude of the op.

 

@Baysearcher , would you be able to ask Eddie if he has a stepladder I could borrow to be able to do some fettling to my poptop whilst it's up?
