  1. For sale: handling solutions rollover jig for a bay window, bought new in Jun used for about 6 weeks. It is the same as the ones for sale on EBAY for £295 plus £55 postage, has surface rust now but, nothing that affects it in anyway, looking for £200 and unless its collected assuming postage will be about the same as on EBAY as its big and heavy.

  4. Here are the pictures of the roll over jig, shown are just the rotisserie ends as the other parts are still attached to the van and I have yet to remove them but, they are in the same condition as the end parts.

The ends are still assembled but, can be dismantled for carrying in a car.

  5. What's it like sturdiness wise??

  8. Cool 8)

where do the adaptors bolt on to the body? And, if you know, what is the minimum ceiling height for this once the van is on it?

  10. I had one of these Paul and I could turn the van with 1 hand very easily. My shed is 8 foot high at tallest then slopes down. Can measure exactly if needed. I used it to turn my van with the front beam fitted. You will need help turning it then that's for sure and it is well past what the jig was designed for. I also had rear hubs fitted and had to raise the whole lot in situ as the hubs caught the floor not the roof. It was quite a simple task as long as there were no health and safety bods about. It is perfect for a bare bay shell as designed, but capable of a lot more with common sense. I put props against mine when it had the beam etc in just for safety.

  12. This is one of the jigs in use, (on a split not a bay but a frame parts the same) it is literally that easy VW Camper rollover jig / spit from Handling Solutions see: www.rolloverjigs.com

The horizontal bar that goes across has different holes in so you can lower or raise it all by the position of a bolt.

If you look at my website photos you will probably see where it fixes http://vwt2bay.webs.com/apps/photos/album?albumid=12667773

I don't make money from site just wanted my photos where I could save them and share. Hope the link is allowed ?

  15. You do need engine and box out at the back and steering box off at the front

  16. not a major issue

I normally pull the motor on a resto anyway... stops it getting all grimed up with muck 8)

  18. it's a possible at the moment 8)

  19. no problem, its strange but, even though I only used it for about 6 weeks its kinda become something you know you might want to use again in the future, its just a shame I don't have the space to keep it.

PS, maybe we can do a deal regarding rear brake kit?
