Being able to bend my big toe with Hardly any pain as the gout crystals slowly desolve…Dunno why it came back, tbh…

But #happiness is setting out to complete a job on the bus and it actually going right having all the right parts.

For two days I have been flushing myself out with cranberry juice and doubling my dose of Allopurinol. Seems to have worked. Cherry juice is better, though.

I get gout sometimes, the first time it struck me I was camping at the Manx GP, living on beer and burgers. The doctor told me to avoid beer, and have more fruit, so I switched to Koppaberg Fruit Cider.

In the fifteen minutes it took from feeling ill to collapsing at the tram stop, I was doing my utmost to try to get fresh air & home.

In the end, I was in QMC from about 9.45pm to 6.00 am the following morning.

I seriously think the saving grace was I only drunk about 1/4 of the pint and we wasn’t out on a drinking night.

    Cannot fault the NHS!

A fresh MOT and no advisories.

Getting through this week - helped by the radio gang tonight.

@MorkC68 that sounds horrible. I've seen some things in my time in clubs and bars but luckily non of whoever I was with or myself ever got spiked. Hope you're okay now.
