Henrys latest problem

Driving along and all hell broke out ,felt like the engine and gearbox was falling out...Shuddering ,wobbling all over the road....

Karma to the first person who can guess what happend... ;D

Gearbox nosecone mounting dropped.

 

Ran over a large dog.

 

Loose wheel bolts

 

I wish... ;D

 

Loose castle nut, knackered wheel bearing. Wheel falling off.

 

Rotten where the rear beam meets the chassis

 

Good call Paradox, that was my next guess (NOT). ;D

 

Its repairable dude malc poptop had the same problem

 

So that's why it lowered itself a few weeks ago. lol.

Like para says, poptop sorted his - nothing to a man of your determination.

 

There are 2 ways of fixing this, and I've seen photos of both ways somewhere on this forum:

1. Do what Malc did - he sleeved the rear beam by inserting tubes inside the rear beam tube.

2. complete replacement of rear chassis with one from a donor vehicle.

 

or fit Red 9 IRS (assuming it will fit).
